About the Referral Program
We invite our esteemed guests to refer our luxurious apartments to their friends and family, extending the opportunity to experience the comfort and elegance that defines PCH.
As a gesture of appreciation, guests have the flexibility to choose between receiving a discount for their next stay or gifting it to their friends or family. For every successful referral, a substantial discount of 300,000 VND will be granted towards their total stay with us.
Confirmation with PCH is necessary for deducting the referral amount from both the referee and referer via email admin@propergroup-hospitality.com.

Promotion valid for one year from the guest's check-out date (the referee).
Promotion period: 1st January 2024 - 31st December 2024.
Guests can refer as many friends as they wish, with no limit on benefiting friends.
However, for self-referral, PCH limits to a maximum of 4 successful referrals per year (totaling 1,200,000 VND).
The referer must utilize the entire credited amount for their next stay or forfeit it entirely.
Confirmation with PCH is necessary for deducting the referral amount from both the referee and referer via email (admin@propergroup-hospitality.com).
Each referee can benefit once unless they later become a referrer.
The referral program allows referrers to refer only new guests who have never stayed at any of our properties before.
Referral discount applies only to direct bookings made through PCH and not through third-party booking platforms or agents, except for Airbnb & Agoda.
The referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
Any fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or manipulating the referral system, will result in disqualification from the program and potential legal actions.
PCH reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral credits if there is suspicion or evidence of abuse or misuse of the referral program.
PCH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and for any reason.
